I have to say that I was initially a bit intimidated to have a business lunch at the Capital Grille. I suppose I imagined I'd have to sip a brandy, eat an enormous meal and then retire to the lounge for a fine cigar. But I was so pleasantly surprised! The menu included more "light" options than I thought (the salmon was wonderful!), the service was impeccable without being stuffy and overall, it was a wonderful place to have a great lunch. At the TopWho could ever say a bad word about Capital Grille? It's classy, elegant and refined without being stuffy, snooty or exclusive. Their Dry-Aged Sirloin could not be any more perfect, and their French Green Beans with Roasted Tomato and Fennel sings of originality and spectacular flavor. If there's any special occasion on your radar, it would be wrong not to celebrate at Capital Grille. |
