Em Chamas Brazilian Grill provides an experience not to be had anywhere else in Kansas City. Instead of a menu, this traditional Brazilian Churrascaria allows diners to eat all they want of the succulent beef, pork, chicken and lamb selections offered in a continuous tableside service known as rodizio. There are 14 different cuts of meat to choose from, and each guest is given a two-sided disc with which they can control how often the meat is brought to the table. A gourmet bar that includes salads, vegetables and several dishes straight from Brazil is also available. Open for lunch and dinner.
