What makes Fogo on the Country Club Plaza one of our favorite stops is the sense it gives us of having had a huge yet well-balanced meal. First, we load up a plate of fresh asparagus, beets and pepper—all crisp and inviting. Second, we indulge in the slices of perfectly prepared, buttery meat with heavenly side dishes.
