| Charming Gothenburg Apartment With Sophisticated Design Details |

This Gothenburg apartment in the Linnéstaden area seems so bright and cheery, that each glimpse of vivid colour fills the space with joy. The 50 square metres are divided into a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway, a kitchen and a bright living room. High ceilings and sunshine meet to shape the illusion of a large, bright space. Located on the third floor of a 5-storey building, the recently renovated apartment features 1920s oak parquet flooring and stucco walls. Just outside the apartment, a big common balcony overlooking the park offers refreshing views from the third floor. The hallway feels welcoming and features multiple storage spaces: hooks for coats, a large and modern white handle-free closet or a preserved typical wardrobe hidden behind a door. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a double bed and a wardrobe and small enough to be cosy. A fully equipped kitchen featuring multiple work surfaces and storage options welcomes guests at the table for a home cooked meal.
