Welcome to a delightful duplex displaying a remarkable interior design. Stretching over a surface of 127 square meters and consisting of 3,5 rooms plus kitchen, this place couldn’t be more captivating. The apartment breathes continental style and is characterized by good taste and refinement. The ground floor accommodates two bedrooms, a recently renovated large kitchen with beautiful surfaces and a social area. The size of the kitchen allows many friends to easily mingle and enjoy a nice dinner together. There is a generous island centrally located in the kitchen, which is both stylish and practical, providing storage space in the form of several boxes. A nice white staircase takes you up to the apartment’s attic floor. Slanted ceilings, wooden beams and a lovely chimney ensure a unique atmosphere.
