 This What You're Missing Wednesday is Jasper's Ristorante "Experiences" Join Chef Jasper Mirabile as he creates a multi-course dinner, including a sparkling Italian beverage featuring a special ingredient. Jasper will be offering a cooking demonstration and some important history of each featured "Experience". The next "Experience" is July 21st and is a Limoncello Experience featuring the magical Lemon Liqueur in all of the courses. Upcoming "Experiences" August 8, 2011 Heirloom Tomato Experience September 12, 2011 Cacuzza & Heirloom Garlic Experience All are $45.00 and offer 5 courses including a Sparkling Starter. In case you are wondering, Cacuzza are the Italian squash and are quite delicious.
