I loved this place. Loved my Hamburger!! It was done just right and tasted very good. I loved the bun...which can make or break a burger. The staff was wonderful!! This was by far my favorite one of the challenge!!!
2012
Be sure to check out Burger Wars starting in January 2012! All participants are offering BOGO's. Whats better than a burger and a BOGO offer?
Stop #4
This was Stop #4. At this point, Nick and Jakes had my vote for the best burger. Freash ingredients and great flavor!
Nick & Jake's Burger rocks!
Nick & Jake's burger tastes like you brought it in from your backyard grill. Yum. Love the smoky flavor!

This was the best burger for cheeseburger wars.
I love everything about Nick and Jake's! I've been going there for a few years and have never been disappointed and their burger certainly wasn't disappointing...very delicious!
Excellent burger! Cooked perfectly! Loved the pickels and the bun was yummy. Service was average! Bar area seating was really loud.
7 for $7 Saturdays!
Went to Nick & Jakes's on Saturday for my Mom's Birthday! Great deals! Seven items for $7 on Saturdays! Yummy!
Better than a "bar burger"
Food wars burger review: OK, so it’s a bar and grill. Naturally I’m suspicious that it will be another “bar burger”: not sucky, not awesome, I’d rather grill my own most days. THAT IS NOT THIS BURGER.
While it had a great char-broiled taste, juicy (cooked to order, I like medium), and flavorful, what made it really good was the unique, slightly sweet, sponge-cake like bun. Overall, with fixin’s and a beer, this was a meal worth coming back for.
Side note: The Chipotle Mayo is great for dipping fries or homemade chips (Does that make me French?)
