We keep trying to decide if this burger or Dodge City is our 2nd favorite - and that is a tough call. The burger was pretty great - and the topping selection was fantastic. The fries were good too. We ordered a side dish of the 4 cheese macaroni for our daughter - now that was absolutely amazing!!! We would highly recommend it to others. The service was great - we even talked to the chef about his food. Good place and great people!!

My hamburger was a little to done and it could have use one more slice of cheese. Even though I thought it was cooked to much it had a great flavor. And I know this is not part of the challenge but the Mac and Cheese was amazing!!! I will go back and try it again I loved the inside!!

Fantastic burgers and crispy fries. Also, try the risotto balls- yum.

This was Stop #2. Definitely better than Dodge City. Was not a fan of the homeade Ketchup.

This burger had a unique flavor to it (thanks to the garlic aioli sauce) which was refreshing after having average burgers elsewhere. Otherwise, great service and atmosphere!

Finally! A food/burger war entry that might be worthy of the competition. This is not just another average sports bar frozen patty offering. The beef appears to be hand-pressed and has good flavor. The ample bun holds up to the juices from my medium cooked patty and didn’t fall apart until the last tasty bite or two.
The garlic aioli and homemade ketchup show care to the craft. (Note: while well executed, the ketchup’s unique flavor will not be to everyone’s liking.) But what really makes this burger is the sweet, perfectly crisp bacon. YOU MUST GET THE BACON. It takes an above average burger and makes it worth coming back for.
My only disappointment: the fries. While cooked well, they cried for seasoning from the kitchen—it’s not the same to shake salt on at the table. This drawback is more than accounted for by the great beer selection, though. I’ll be back for brews and another burger—perhaps the man-which next time? Thanks MCBC for making the trip worthwhile.

I enjoyed my visit to MCBC. The bartender was awesome and the place seemed pretty cool to hang out in. We started with the mac n cheese app and it was pretty good. I really wanted to love this burger, but both burgers came out... BURNT! Ugh. Not my favorite burger but the fries were really good.
