When my family moved to Kansas City 6 years ago, the one thing everyone told us to do was try the BBQ. So that summer, we visited all of the popular BBQ restaurants in town, and Arthur Bryant's was one of the first. The employees and the experience itself are what I remember more than the food (although it was delicious!) because everyone is yelling at you asking what you want and moving you along the line; it's such an energetic atmosphere.
