I'm kicking off the weekend today with a giveaway from a fabulous new jewelry shopping site, called Bevel, that has asked me to help spread the word about their online trunk shows. They invited me to pick my favorite piece (these fabulous earrings by designer Paula Mendoza!), and offer the chance to win a pair for one lucky reader! About the Site // Bevel allows up and coming designers to create a sample collection, and then they offer the pieces for sale within a virtual trunk show on their site. The designers create the line based on the customer orders, and then Bevels handles the rest! They're a few days in to their 12 Days of Christmas event, and I'm excited to be telling you about such a unique holiday shopping experience. About the Designer // All of Paula Mendoza's jewelry is sourced and created near near her window-lined mountain-view studio in Bogota, Colombia. All of the materials and stones are one of a kind so no two pieces can be the same (love that!). When she mentioned that she loves making statement pieces that add a richness and an edge to the look of an otherwise dull ensemble, I knew we were a great match for each other.
