Hits and misses: Bambi for Free People
Posted in Fashion » Fashion Blog » Clothing » Fashion Designer Collections

There are denim flares of caricatural width that border on unwearable. There are also some, I might venture to say, less-than-flattering layers that a slender Bambi Northwood Blyth seems to get a little lost in. For those reasons I wouldn't count this as one of Free People's best look books, but then with the frequency that they release them it won't be long before it's superseded by, perhaps, something with more winning looks.

Where this one does succeed the most it's in an earthy layered look kept tidy with a cinched in corset belt; a slouchy off-shoulder knit that's effortless simplicity; and this shimmering metallic mini that's up a notch from the casual nature of the rest of it.
